Large screen, copious features and 3G capacity- loses marks for battery life!
Pros: Good camera, voice quality, easy to use, large screen.
Cons: Mediocre Battery life, abruptly disconnections of calls; Poor games, No FM radio.
The Sanyo S750 has implemented the latest technology with well-designed features as per the present trend and fashion. It has a long list of features that befits it as a high-tech phone. The Mobile Phone has a unique split design that facilitates to slide in and out the keypad depending on when you need to use it.
What’s immediately evident about Sanyo S750 is its large screen, which overshadows the front. It's an impressive 2.4in diagonally dominates the handset; it also sports QVGA resolution and 262,144 colours and for looking at pictures and navigating it’s one of the best screens around. With the dimensions of 108 x 50 x 22 mm and weighing 122g, it’s quite bulky compared to the normal Mobile Phone and the design is also somewhat unappealing.
Based on the technology, the Sanyo S750 is an ideal choice with all the basic features, any mobile phone user would demand for. The S750 is well-suited for downloading the videos, music and various entertainment services, due to its 3G compatible feature. Bluetooth quirks greatly lessen its appeal. In technological terms.
Sanyo S750 comes with a 1.3-megapixel camera enabling photos of 1280 x 960 pixels. Its internal memory has the capacity to store about 8MB of data but this criterion is not sufficient for snapping too many pictures. To increase the memory capacity, you need insert the SD card which would allow you to store quite a number of snaps. There is a built in media player and you can drag and drop MP3s too onto the SD card.
Overall an excellent phone, a bit on the large size, but this is probably due to being a 3g phone. Sanyo S750 Though packed with attractive features leaving well short of the 3G benchmark set by the Sony Ericsson.
