Samsung SGH-L770 Phones

Samsung is known for its quality finish and stylish design. This time around too, it delivers the same with the Samsung SGH-L770. It is like a higher class model phone but with some trimmed hardware specifications to make it a bit cost-effective.

This mobile phone is a quad band slider phone and is high on connectivity with 3G HSDPA support and GPRS/EDGE capabilities. It is home to all the features that one may find in the Mobile Phones in its segment- like the USB connectivity, Bluetooth, camera and so on. The display is good, all thanks to the QVGA TFT LCD 2.1’ inch screen. One problem with the display (and this one’s seen in most Samsung mobile phones) is that it turns out completely black in direct sunlight and one needs to adjust the brightness now and then.

The camera is a 2 mega pixel standard one and is good at its job. The camera can be accessed only when the phone’s open and that could have been changed for the better. The sliding mechanism is not unstable and so is the video calling camera. The keypad too is well designed with some noticeable customizations.

The preview is seen of it sporting only two colors – black and brown. The official price too is not revealed but a birdie just seemed to have guessed it wildly to be somewhere near the $400 mark- if true, it’s a bit too much for this Samsung phone! Overall, it’s a well designed phone, user friendly and a bit costly!
