Nokia 7900 Crystal Prism Phones

Nokia has been a brand by its own rights in the world of mobile handsets. With hardy and durable sets along with user friendly OS and features that set it apart from the other brands in the market, Nokia has come up with new designs to set the market on fire. The Nokia Prism range of handsets is a cool style statement. Following the 7500 and 7900, the Nokia 7900 Crystal Prism is about to enter the market with high expectations.

The Nokia 7900 Crystal Prism works in frequencies GSM: 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and UMTS: 850/1900 MHz. With a dimension of 112x45x11.3 mm, weighing 101 grams, the set uses Li – Ion batteries that give a talktime up to 180 minutes and standby time of 240 hours. Carrying an inbuilt memory of 1 GB, 16000000 colours and 240 x 320 pixels screen, the Mobile Phone has an inbuilt 1600x1200 pixels resolution and 8x zoom camera that can take both still pictures and videos (in MPEG-4 / 3GPP H.263 format).

It has a version 2.0 Bluetooth and can store mass data with an USB. Supporting GPRS / EDGE (EGPRS) / HSCSD data types, it can be used for internet connectivity and browsing XHTML Media. It has a built in MP4 player in which both audio and video formats can be played. The Nokia OS is supported by Platform Series 40 3rd Edition and has a Java Platform MIDP 2.0 CLDC 1.1 that is used as a default for games. Nokia 7900 Crystal Prism however does not have a memory slot to increase the memory.
