Motorola V8 SLVR Phones
As of today’s statistics the Motorola V8 SLVR is the top model and a popular one coming from the mobile giant – Motorola. This mobile is stands in between the Motorola RAZR V3 and Motorola RAZR in terms of size. It is bigger than the latter and smaller than the former. But it is very much alike in terms of features as the Motorola RAZR V3 except that the RAZR V3 also provides support for memory card. The screen of Motorola phone is very similar to that of the Moto V635, with a 262K TFT matrix BY Sharp. This wide screen is easy on the eye and resolution is 176x220 pixels or 30x38mm. Out in the sun, the screen does fade but one can still manage to read the characters on display. The phonebook has the capacity to store up to a thousand entries. Under each entry, one can store a phone number, an e-mail address, personal photo and personalized call tune. The phone by default can store up to 100 messages in the inbox. The email client for this Mobile phone is the POP3/IMAP4. This enables users to download the email body as well.
However on graphical mails within the size limit can be sent. This Mobile phone also supports a v2.0 WAP browser and is of standard quality. GPRS connection with simple settings is also available. A unique feature of this phone is the menu Dictaphone feature. With this the user can create records in the standby mode and record the entire conversation for duration of 60 seconds. The tool that is not discovered and used by most users is the Moto Mixer which allows mixing of tracks to produce interesting and funny results.
The Motorola V8 SLVR Blue tooth settings are standard and the device is visible for only 60 seconds. The blue tooth does not support Audio profile and thus the headset cannot be used. However the print option is now available. The phone boasts of a VGA camera which is capable of not only taking photos but also recording for a maximum of 30 seconds.
