LG U880 Phones

The LG U880 is the world’s slimmest phone with its thickness measuring at just 18.2mm. It can also be regarded as one of the lightest ones, weighing just 98 grams, even though it is a clamp shell model. With the introduction of this phone LG put aside complaints from users like absence of Blue Tooth, camera with higher clarity and resolution and also expandable memory.

Also LG U880 managed to rid this mobile of an eye sore- the protruding antenna which was typical of most LG phones. The phone is available in two colors: A shocking pink, dull silver and black. The Mobile Phone is very user friendly and has square, flat keys which allow even people with chubby fingers to use it easily. The stereo and speaker phone are of excellent quality.

The phone has two screens: a small one on the outer screen and the usual one inside. The external display is only 65k but serves its purpose rather well. The internal screen has a 262k color display and is quite big. The LG phone boasts of a 1.3 mega pixel camera, pictures from which can be taken even when the clamp is shut. It has 6 resolution options.

The Mobile Phone user can also store MP3 songs thanks to its 80 Mb memory that can be upgraded to 336 MB by inserting a 256 MB memory card. This allows the user to store up to 85 songs in the phone. When a track is played the name along with an animation will be displayed on the outer screen. In LG U880 all basic features like the clock, alarm clock, converter and address book are available to the user.
