HTC P3470 Phones

Good phones are always an owner’s pride. And HTC P3470 has all the potentials to be so in its own right. The GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 networking phone that has just hit the market this March, has 108 x 58.3 x 15.7 mm dimensions and weighs 122 grams. The battery is of the standard Li-ion type with a 240 hours standby time and 5 hours and 50 minutes of talktime.

The display of HTC P3470 is a TFT touchscreen and 65K colours. The screen has a size of 240 x 320 pixels, 2.8 inches and is enabled with handwriting recognition. Ringtones are available in both polyphonic and MP3 formats. The phonebook memory and the call records memory are practically unlimited.

The HTC P3470 has a microSD (TransFlash) card slot with 128 MB RAM, 256 MB ROM and TI OMAP 850, 200 Mhz processor. GPRS Class 10 (4+1/3+2 slots), 32 - 48 kbps is enabled. It has an EDGE Class 10, 236.8 kbps modem but no HSCSD, 3G or WLAN. GTC P3470 has v2.0 with A2DP Bluetooth but no infrared option. The Mobile Phone also has Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional OS and WAP 2.0/xHTML, HTML (PocketIE) browser.

The 2 MP, 1600x1200 pixels, video, macro camera is one of the best things in the Mobile Phone. It also supports Pocket Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF viewer), MP3/AAC player and Video/audio album. The handsfree is built in. The Java MIDP 2.0 platform also allows gamin in the HTC P3470 handset.
